Fullsteam for Palm handheld computers

1.0 Downloading and Installing the Fullsteam files

Clicking the link below will download and install the Fullsteam files, including the NSBasic ® runtime files. The software runs on all Palm devices from OS3.5 to OS6(Cobalt). Fullsteam can be installed into the main memory or onto an expansion card.

Depending on the computer/device you are using, one of the following actions will occur:

  • For Palm devices, the installation package will be downloaded and installed to the device 'over-the-air'.

  • For Windows computers, the installation package Fullsteam.exe will be downloaded and the Fullsteam files will be unpacked into the Hotsync directory. Fullsteam will be installed when Hotsync is next run. Palm Desktop ® needs to be installed on the PC.

  • For Mac computers, the installation package Fullsteam-Installer.prc will be downloaded into the Hotsync directory. The Fullsteam installer will be copied to the Palm device when Hotsync is next run and should be executed on the device to unpack and install the files. Palm Desktop ® needs to be installed on the PC.

If you wish to download Fullsteam to install at a later time, or if you wish to download and retain Fullsteam in a particular folder on your PC or on your device, click one of the links below. The Windows PC file Fullsteam-Installer.exe or Mac PC/Palm file Fullsteam-Installer.prc can be executed at any time to install the files ready for the next HotSync operation.

    2.0 Downloading Fullsteam help files

Fullsteam help files can be downloaded in HtmlHelp (chm) format to run on a Windows PC, or Acrobat (pdf) format.

    3.0 Uninstalling Fullsteam

To remove Fullsteam from the Palm device, click Home, click Delete. Select Fullsteam and click Delete. This will also remove the Fullsteam files from the Hotsync list.

If no other software requiring the NSB runtime files is installed on the device, Mathlib, NSBRuntime, NSBStringLib, NSBResize and NSBSystemLib, can also be deleted.
