Sundance for Windows PCs (v PC-2.10a)
Sundance uses astronomical equations to
determine solar data for any time and location.
The Solar Heat Gain Coefficient/Radiant
Time Series method is used to calculate solar cooling loads through
windows, allowing analysis of the effects of shading by overhangs,
external louvres and adjacent buildings.
All irradiance calculations are performed
in accordance with UK and US calculation methods. Locations and glazing
databases may be edited and added to.
Sundance operates in metric SI and imperial
IP units.
